Can anyone explain why Shaymin-S is in Uber, I know its kind of a noobie question but....

It's ability, Serene Grace, doubles the chances of the an attack's secondary effects activating. This allows it to spam an Air Slash with 60% chance to flinch and a mighty Seed Flare that has an 80% chance to drop the foe's SpDef 2 stages. This, along with it's high Speed and Special Attack, bought it a unanimous ban (the only IIRC) in early BW.

How can I get more involved in the Ubers community?

I hangout on showdown all the time and love to battle in Ubers, but is there any way I can get more involved here? Are there any on-site Uber projects that need work on, or anything I can do in general to contribute?

There's plenty of things. Right now there is a CCAT project and any input there would be appreciated. There's also various threads that are active and would always appreciate seeing some good posts. A lot of the on-site analyses are out of date so you can always volunteer your help in the C&C section of the site. IRC is quite but nobody is going to say no to some active discussion on #ubers. Basically, anything you can find relating to Ubers is happy to see some activity.

Just out of curiosity, I want to ask that why does Ghostceus' on-site analysis say that it has 'weakness to common offensive types'?
Being an experienced Über player, I would like to point out that out of all Pokemon *commonly* seen in the tier, a grand total of only four Pokemon can hit it for SE damage with their STABs (GhostCeus, Darkrai, Giratina(-O), Tyranitar), and the usage stats for Feb 2013 confirm this. Even then, Tyranitar is surprisingly rare given that it's #26, and Giratina (especially A) doesn't even use it's Ghost STAB that often. In fact, LACK of common weaknesses is the reason I find GhostCeus to be the best mono-attacker in the meta, apart from maybe RestTalk Kyogre. Also, while it's true that Normal types completely halt a mono-attacking Ghost, just one Poke, according to my playtests, is an amazing partner for SubCM Ghostceus - Skarmory. It can come in on the pink blobs with impunity, and set up all over them with Taunt and Spikes. Also Skarmory is IMO the single best counter to ExtremeKiller in existence right now (no one runs Overheat). And again, from the usage stats, pink blobs and Normal Arceus are the only Normal types in the top 50.
So yeah, am I missing out on any Ghost/Dark types that threaten Ghostceus?

By common weaknesses,I think it was indicated to the attacks of Darkrai, GhostCeus,and Normal Arceus's shadow claw. Arceus Normal and Darkrai are both very common.Arceus Ghost also has decent usage in the stats,and even more usage in higher level of play.

Can reshiram and zekrom work on a balance offensive team? If so what sets should I use? I was originally going to run with a specs reshiram, scarfed-mixed zekrom, in a sun team

Balanced offense? Well Reshiram is rather outclassed unless it's on a designated Sun Team really (somebody correct me if I"m wrong) because of its access to a nuclear Sun-boosted Blue Flare. Otherwise, you're probably better off with a different Dragon like Kyurem-W, which boasts a higher SpA and Spe. As for Zekrom, it is a little bit better and i used to use it A LOT. Ummmm.... I used the Choice Scarf set: Jolly 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe Outrage / Dragon Claw / Bolt Strike / Volt Switch.

Is it possible for Victini to one shot a Groudon 252/252+ def? So I lead with Groudon and my opponent with Victini I was pretty sure he would go for U-turn so I clicked Stealth Rock only for it to die to V-create. Wasn't a crit btw. I just want to know if it was a Victini with hacked stats or something.

Mewtwo doesn't really need hurricane coverage wise. Hurricane gives redundant coverage considering it would generally be hitting things like Skymin (which Mewtwo hits with Ice Beam) and fighting types (which Psystrike takes care of). The ability Unnerve (which this event is apparently getting) would be nice to prevent wobb from using custap on you though!

Can't see Hurricane getting much use, Fighting, Bug, and Grass types are pretty rare in Ubers, other than Skymin who takes more damage from Ice Beam and Ferro and Forretress who are neutral anyway.
