No, there is no item clause. Replace all of those items with lefties, there's probably some pokes on there that deserve a stat-boosting berry, but I don't know anything about UU teams to determine that. Also, if this is a UU team, take Milotic off, it's OU.

You should go with OU and the legal legendaries if you're fighting in the Battle Frontier.

Armaldo has a huge movepool which is really awesome. Put Rock Blast over Ancientpower, and put Earthquake over Metal Claw. Since Chimecho has Heal Bell, Rest would work really nice on him over Aerial Ace. Swords Dance should DEFINATELY go over protect.

Definately take off Rock Smash and put in Overheat or Fire Blast. Maybe even Eruption.

Take off Double-Edge and put in Yawn. And if you want, you can take off Shock Wave and put in Reflect/Light Screen.

Why the hell do you have Hydro Pump and Surf on him? You should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER put a same type attacking move on a pokemon. Take off Hydro Pump and put in Ice Beam. You should also put Toxic or Hypnosis over Return. Milotic and Chimecho should make a good combo if you put Reflect on Chimecho.

Take off Headbutt and put in Explosion. This pokemon is really no good with any physical attacking moves besides Explosion. Also take off Protect and put in Crunch. If you put Reflect on Chimecho like I suggested, put Lightscreen on him over Toxic.
