Yep, so I just downloaded NB and made my first team. Some of these guys are really random. Any suggestions are welcome.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Band

This guy stays, no matter what, but I am willing to change the moveset. Heracross is my favorite pokemon ever.

uuuum i sugest 6 other pkm and some move sets....cuz they OU for a good reson....you dont need to use mor then one...

I don't see how a normal/flying resist that can use Wish and Reflect with Base 100 stats is a bad thing

There's no point in running Both Focus Punch and Dragon Dance on the same set. You're screwing Blissey over with sub in either way, so either use Earthquake over Focus Punch, Hidden Power [Bug] over Dragon Dance, or Crunch & Thunderbolt/Flamethrower over Rock Slide and Dragon Dance. Salac Berry on a Dragon Dance set is not needed.

Walled By Celebi and can't do a thing to Salamence, whereas you could at least predict Salamence and KO with Ice Beam. There's also no HP on this set, which doesn't justify the max EVs in Def and SDef.

Now that that's done, Tanker, Metagross might cause some slight issues. Forry can't take Meteor Mashes forever, especially when they start getting Atk boosts, and Jirachi runs the risk of running into an Earthquake. Granted, Reflect and Wish are in play, but Metagross can mostly wear Jirachi down before it can get both moves down. For that reason, you could consider adding a bulky water (also taking care of the Salamence issues that you're bound to have). Other than that, be careful of your staying power. Wish is only effective so often in getting health to other members, which means your other 5 members have to deal with being bogged down by standard stall teams.

What the hell? Jirachi is a very stallish Pokemon, hell, after it sets up with Calm Mind you'd be hard pressed to OHKO it.

Honestly, fermak I suggest you learn how to play Pokemon and don't rate teams until you get a good idea of how it works. Synchronize said everything I wasn't bothered to put in.

Now, Tanker, your team has a serious Salamence weakness. Use Swampert or Suicune to take care of that, over Dragonite or Jirachi.

Tanker I see that your team has a rather large Charizard weakness. It can easily come in on Megahorn or a Regice Rest and proceed to Belly Drum, OHKOing everything on your team with HP Flying/Eq/Fire Blast.
You might want to switch Dragonite out for a Bulky water such as Suicune, since you don't like draggy anyway.
For Raikou, I would use more HP and SpDef, to take stuff such as Celebis Psychics and Ice Beams better after you CM up.

You can use Protect/Roar/Ice Beam/Earthquake Swampert over Suicune. It will give you that extra buffer against non-Giga Drain/HP Grass Gengars as well. Also, with that Swampert, I'd suggest Switching Snorlax's Earthquake for Shadow Ball. With Forry and Swampert, Snorlax doesn't have to worry as much about Metagross and Tyranitar (except maybe boah) and can focus more on countering Gengar, who causes some big problems.
