This is Konichiwa, Fool. My latest NU team. Believe it or not, it can compete in OU.

Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)

- Ice Beam
- Spikes

Sole Mission: Spike and Explode.

Girafarig (F) @ Petaya Berry ** Elite Sweep
Trait: Early Bird
EVs: 64 HP / 56 Spd / 252 SAtk / 136 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Calm Mind
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Paralyze the faster Pokemon, and pass Calm Minds around the squad.

Plusle (M) @ Leftovers ** MADNESS
Trait: Plus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Hits hard with Thunderbolt after recieving Calm Minds. Passes Substitute.

Raticate (M) @ Leftovers ** Kiyaa!
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Shadow Ball
- Super Fang
- Thunder Wave

Main Physical attacker. Secondary Paralysis, if I ever need it.

Swalot (M) @ Leftovers ** Bubblebeam
Trait: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP / 72 Atk / 92 Def / 92 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Counter
- Explosion
- Sludge Bomb
- Yawn

Takes Fighting htis, survives Earthquakes, Counters for the kill.

Whiscash (M) @ Leftovers ** Earthquake
Trait: Oblivious
EVs: 28 HP / 224 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Lax Nature (+Def, -SDef)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Surf

Another defensive Pokemon. Has trouble with HP Grass, but other than that, he can't be OHKO'd. 28 HP EVs give him 368 HP, allowing me to hit harder with Earthquake with the leftover EVs.

Summary: My strategy revolves around getting Plusle and Girafarig to sweep, or forcing my opponent to switch when I bring out the others and take Spikes damage. Has slight trouble with status, so if someone could suggest me a cleric to use in NU, that'd be great.

Lickitung can go over Raticate maybe. Heal Bell is an XD move for it.

If not, your best choice is probably Chimecho.

On a team where you can spread paralysis pretty quickly, I'd definitely be using something else over Swalot's Counter (especially since a full para on a random turn screws things over), like Encore. I also believe you should use a Relaxed Nature on Whicash (though if Iggeh suggested that, I probably won't contest). No solid normal/flying resist might be kind of tricky, but you'll have to tell me how that works out for you.
