Roar? Just go with Rockslide for STAB, or Crunch for the type coverage (Claydol, Gengar,etc.). The nature depends on the move you chose to replace Roar. If Crunch then Quiet nature, if Rockslide go with, maybe Naughty? Maybe just Adamant.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 204 HP / 170 SAtk / 136 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

Timid > Modest, especially since you are using Calm Mind. Go with full HP EVs, 146 Spd Evs, and 108 SAtk Evs. You also MIGHT want to think about replacing Fire Punch with Psychic, for STAB.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 192 Def / 48 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Take off those SDef EVs. They are completely pointless. Put them into Atk. Put Rest or Toxic over HP Rock.

I really don't like your EV spread here. Try this one: 252 HP/136 Def/120 SAtk. You also might want to think about replacing Roar with Protect since you have Skarmory doing that job but whatever.

Rockslide > HP Rock. I see that you have Careful nature because you have Barrier, but you should be using Impish, so ditch Barrier. Earthquake can go over it. For the EV spread, try this one: 222 HP/66 Def/200 SDef. Cradily doesn't need as much special support as you gave him. Especially since you have a special wall. Wait......

You should replace this with a Special Wall like Snorlax or Blissey. The only things you will be trapping with Magnet Pull are Skarm and Forry but you already have them covered with Jirachi, considering that you didn't replace Fire Punch with Psychic.

Your team's movesets didn't work well together, the way you had them before. You had 3 pokes with Roar, when all you needed was Skarm. You also need a cleric, which is why I suggested Blissey. Also, if you add Blissey, you will be able to put Rest on Swampert and Skarm and also won't have to worry about statuses. Plus, your team is kinda weak to Fire pokemon such as Houndoom, Arcanine, or Charizard.

Your better off just replacing Boah with DDTar. But then your left with a huge weakness to Curselax. You shouldn't be worrying about Skarm. But that also brings around the fact that you don't have a Spinner. Since your team will be going through a lot of switches, because of the need to get healed by Blissey, Spikes will be devastating to this team. You might want to think about replacing Skarm with Starmie or Claydol. Forry won't be good since you already have a glaring weakness to Fire types, and you need those special attacks that Starmie or Claydol can supply you with.

Starmie or Claydol will also stop Duggy, who is also a huge threat to your team (if not any team). Your team is built pretty good around Tyranitar's Sandstream, and Claydol will work nicely with it too. I also just noticed your huge weakness to Heracross, who is another poke that could rip through this team. I know that I am just saying a lot of your weaknesses, but that is kinda the point of a RMT, to let you know what your team is up against and how you can stop it. Good Luck.

It's TSS. Phazers are highly influential in TSS. Unless Cradily is breaking Raikou's sub for certain, you might need more Raikou coverage.

Or he could use Screech Tyranitar (or just Boah) and put in Reflect on Jirachi. In TSS, options seem to be innovatively endless.
