(Others) Diamond Battle Tower

Well...Palmer's Milotic beat me....and I want to know what went wrong. So...I am taking a look at my team.
Here goes:

Lucario
Stone Edge
Swords Dance
Close Combat
Brick Break

Physical Sweeper

Garchomp
Crunch
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Stone Edge

Staraptor
Close Combat
Aerial Ace
Brave Bird
Fly

All IVs are at Level 50 (in tower)

Lucario:

Attack: 140
Defense: 88
Sp. Atk: 130
Sp. Def: 89
Speed: 115
HP: 155
Item: None
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Adamant

Staraptor:

Attack: 120
Defense: 96
Sp. Atk: 70
Sp. Def: 70
Speed: 132
HP: 160
Item: None
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Timid

Garchomp:

Attack: 140
Defense: 105
Sp. Atk: 97
Sp. Def: 97
Speed: 122
HP: 174
Item: Soft Sand
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Serious

Also...how do I find the EVs...I just recently took the Tower seriously :P

You have to train you pokemon for EV's according to which pokemon they kill.

Well some small points I gotta make is that your Lucario has both Brick Break and Close Combat... what? Ditch Brick Break and get maybe Ice Punch or ExtremeSpeed.

And of course Garchomps Serious nature needs to go and get Jolly nature, Stone Edge... you already got Lucario for that but I'm not sure what the replacement should be, maybe Fire Fang or Swords Dance.

Staraptor... what a mess. First of all he's got a Timid nature (Speed+ Attack-) so for Staraptor that's a major hindrance, not to mention you got three flying type moves, Fly is useless and Aerial Ace a bit too weak but might be useful since it always hits.

And no items, well it seems you are quite new at this so this is to be expected (I once tried to use Dragonite with Dragon Dance and a Choice Band...).
