Defensively considering it's only two, since Zapdos doesn't have the ground weakness. So not so bad.

True, but Zapdos can't really do anything to the Rock/Ground types. Also, a lot of pokemon that can Earthquake can also Rock Slide.

It's not like anyone can really help your team if you don't describe what pokemon do what for the team in some detail.
