When trading in-game, does the nature of opposite trainer pokemon become the same as my pokemon I traded off?

I know the level is mimiced with in-game trades so I'm guessing the nature would be the same as well.

I think 248 HP / 72 Def / 188 Spe works nicely. It gives enough speed to beat Lucario, yet still giving it lots of bulk, especially on the physical side.

EVs: 252 HP/8 Atk/8 Spd/240 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

Thats the one I use, with the set Pursuit, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock, Superpower/Rest and a Lum Berry. It beats evry sleep lead and with the big SpDef can easily trap most foes.
