Default Create-A-Move Project

We have a Create-A-Pokemon project; why don't we make a Create-A-Move project? We would first decide on a Move concept. Second we would decide the details of the Move like Type, Base Power, effect, etc. After that we would decide which Pokemon would be able to learn the Move. Then we could play test the new Move in the meta-game.

What are your opinions on this idea?

In honesty, this is not a very good idea. learning new things about the current metagame (the purpose of CAP) is much better accomplished with a pokemon than a move, an ability, a type, or an item. CAP does on occasion create a move, but only in the direst circumstances where it is absolutely essential to fulfill the concept.
