Yep. 60% for gens 1-3, upped to 70 for D/P, back to 60 from Platinum onwards.

On a different note, Bite started off as physical as a Normal move, became special when gen 2 made it a Dark move, then gen 4's physical/special split made it physical again.

He said the only move that used to run off special attack. Not anymore obviously but it was in Gen 3. Before the physical/special split.

And now for some trivia:

Absol learns the most moves of all non-legendary pokemon: 78.

Reuniclus is the only Pokemon capable of learning Thunder but not Thunderbolt.

Technically, so does Duosion :P

Wobbuffet cannot learn Safeguard through TMs.

Up until Generation IV, it was possible to use Cut on tall grass and long grass.

The town where you set off before facing the Giant Hole is the only one to have no people out at night.

And actually the so-called monster can be any one of the mysteriously fully evolved high-leveled pokemon around the Giant Hole, which include Metagross, Tangrowth, Crobat and a lot more.

Junichi Masuda (Game Director) admitted he had made a mistake by raising Hypnosis’s accuracy in the 4th Generation games Diamond and Pearl (70% vs 60%). That was later fixed in Platinum with its return to the lower accuracy.

Your rival is seen with a Raticate in one of his battles in RBG, which you promptly defeat. In Lavender Town, he is seen in the tower of dead pokemon, in front of a gravestone, sans Raticate.

I have to agree there, a lot of threads on it have sprung up recently...

Youngster Joey can also be found in black and white, being battled in the dreamyard. However he uses two Patrat and a Lillipup, no rattata.
