Anyone wanna help a guy out?

Heyo peoples. I took a long hiatus from competitive Pokemon around the time Scizor learned Bullet Punch, but now I'm back and want to be a pro again for VGC 2011. I've been playing on PO for a while and have come to the conclusion that I'm good but not excellent. Anyone wanna help make me excellent? Any protips or Rocky-esque montages? All help is much appreciated.

tl;dr: I need protips for VGCs.

tl;dr: I need protips for VGCs.

Build a team on PO and practice. Also, watching a lot of battles helps too. Good luck.

I watch battles on PO mainly. I rarely ever play, but you shouldn't listen to me (for evidence, look in sig).
