If you are being inactive, you'll get DQ'ed pretty quickly. No deadline as of yet, I'll see how quickly it goes. If you want to make sure you don't get DQ'ed, make sure it looks like you're looking for your opponent often and such, PM him, etc.

219.91.230.27 is an IP connection to Kumar's server, which doesn't enforce Sleep Clause (unlike Smogon and a few others). You can use it for battling if you want whenever it's up.
