The tiers have been updated in the first post. I'm pretty sure that cook still wanted voting on Clamperl/Vigoroth/Pikachu, but the rest are final.

I don't really like Feraligatr being BL. It isn't even a toptier UU pokemon, let alone BL.

Hariyama: UU BL | Look at the current BL list. Hariyama doesn't really cut it. UU is fine.
Hypno: UU BL | Was thinking of putting this as BL, but meh, it's okay. Nearly everyone will use this.
Cradily: UU BL | Certain movesets are way too gay to get away with being an UU pokemon.
Mr.Mime: UU BL
Omastar: UU BL | Not as much of a treat as many people think. Spiker version is increasing in popularity, too.
Feraligatr: UU BL
Kanghaskhan: UU BL | Fine where it is.
Houndoom: OU BL
Walrein: UU BL
Charizard: OU BL | This monster being BL would be so fucking broken.
Cloyster: UU BL
Golem: UU BL
Porygon 2: BL OU | Stats are too good and movepool is too versatile for SF play.
Typhlosion: UU BL
Ursaring: BL OU | He was there in previous SF tournaments, never had any problems with it.
Moltres: BL OU
Haunter: UU BL | Unlike Kadabra, I can't see this causing problems.
Kadabra: BL OU | Kadabra is a fast annoying piece of shit.
Vigoroth: UU BL
Pikachu: UU BL | Yeah...Light Ball...
Clamperl: UU BL | Yeah...DeepSeaTooth
Pupitar: UU BL
Shelgon: UU BL
Duskull: UU BL
Steelix: OU BL | If Ursaring is BL, this should be too.
