I always thought Scyther circa Green looked pretty god awful.

Haunter looked pretty creepy in Red/Blue.

A Pidgeotto in Red/Blue looked very chubby IIRC.

Also almost all the back sprites of Pokemon (the ones where their back was facing the trainer) looked pretty ugly too.

All the green ones were horrible, except green version gengar. It's my all-time favorite pokey sprite (lol).

But I had the US blue version.

Well, looking back at my R/B player's guide...

Omastar looks like he's trying to disco, Gastly looks like a spilled packet of fun dip, and Kabuto makes me wonder if anyone knew what his underside looked like just from playing the game (you only see the top of him).

I think above all, I'd have to go with the Mew from Green, though.
