Hey there. He's the Dude, so thats what you call him. Or duder, or his dudeness, or El Duderino, if you're not into the whole brevity thing.
(And I’m Ashigaru, or you can call me Lord High Arbiter of All Things Mock Trial, or just Ashi.)

The Dude has actively resisted a trade thread for a while, man. I mean, man, he can't RNG, and for a long time he was stuck with a plain old diamond cart. (Wait, wait, STUCK? And what is wrong with the original Diamond??)
(And I can’t RNG either. It’s maddening, I tell you.)

But new shit has come to light, man. This aggression will not stand. This is what happens when you find a stranger in the alps, Larry.
(Or when you find a Wavemaster in Root Town. Because casters are love.)

THIS IS NOT 'NAM! THERE ARE RULES!
1) Be nice. This place has a reputation, and we have come to expect a certain amount of maturity. Ashi will do his best to maintain the thread, and to be polite and friendly. We expect you to show the same courtesy.
2) This includes flaming. Neither of us can RNG, and some of the pokemon offered are from before The Dude got his r4. All of our legendaries and events are soft reset upon. The point is, don't be a dick because our pokemon might not be flawless. If you don’t like them, that is fine, but do NOT be rude about it.
3) This also includes patience. Sometimes, we’re just not available. If you need to get in contact with us, just leave a message here or on the profiles. We promise not to bite.
4) Do not even THINK of offering anything hacked. Please, spare us the insult. It doesn’t matter if it’s a legal hack – if it is hacked at all, WE DO NOT WANT IT. This is not negotiable.
5) Any of Ashi's non-event pokemon can be renamed. If you have a renaming request, please submit it. The Dude will NOT rename his Pokemon, so don't ask.
6) If you need The Dude to provide a cloneback, CLEARLY ASK HIM FOR IT! He's got no problem doing that for you, but he hates it when he's about to be done and then someone asks him for the cloneback. It's a simple courtesy.
7) If you are offering something, whether it be via a CMT or otherwise, make sure to include All Relevant and Pertinent Information!! Nature, Ability (if it's variable - that include dream world pokemon), IVs, EVs, any special moves....we want it ALL! 1(Especially redistribution rights - We will assume no redistribution rights unless we are told otherwise.)
8) There are only a few things that REALLY annoy me. One of them is when people CMT us and then forget we exist. Do NOT keep us waiting, or Ashi will call Statute of Limitations on you and we'll disregard your request.
9) While we endeavor to always provide accurate information, errors can arise. If a mistake is discovered, please promptly bring it to our attention. We will immediately correct the data and, upon request, return to you the pokemon you traded.
10) If you see your pokemon here and we do not in fact have redistribution rights, please notify us and it will be promptly taken down (and the wrath of the R.K.S will befall the person who told us otherwise).
10A) On a related note, do not assume our creations are redistributable. Permission MAY be granted on a case-by-case basis.
11) As per the February 2011 forum rule change, notice is hereby given that Lebowski handles all of our copying. All of his copying is done via AR. Ashi does not have the means to copy pokemon.
12) That’s it. We don’t bite. Crunch, maybe, but not Bite.

Ashi does not have any external peripherals. EVERYTHING he does is manually (yes, he really did do all that Emerald Tower to get the BPs he used.)

(Services)
1) Cloning. The Dude will provide copies as needed if he is trading with you, and is willing to provide copies of other pokemon as necessary (provided he is allowed to keep a copy for himself. Ashi does not (because I don’t know how), but The Dude has offered to provide such copying services for me. I've asked him NOT to retain a copy in such situations.
2) Both of us can EV pokemon for you. Just specify the spread, and it will be done as soon as is feasible. If it is expected to take more than a few hours, we will notify you. Typically the cost is one credit per pokemon. The Dude is also allowed to retain a copy of what he EVs. If you tell him not to, he WILL refuse your request. Ashi doesn’t mandate it, but would certainly appreciate it.
3) IV battles. We used to do everything the hard way. You can either have The Dude use his fancy tech to read IVs (and that may be required for 5th gen pokemon), OR you can ask either of us to just meet you in the WFC for an old-school check.
