Ok Pilcowatt Lets Substitute (20 HP) in a stunt double. Then we will have enough tim to Charge our lasers then let loose with a Thunderbolt (Feebas 1).

Taillow, you can start off by Making 3 Clones of yourself with Double Team. then Attacking with your Wings (Feebas 1) and finish up with a Facade (Feebas 1)
IF you become poisoned 1st action THEN use Facade 2nd and Wing Attack 3rd
