IF Will-O-Wisp is used A2 or A3, set up a 15 HP Substitute the action before its used and push back

Oh well, let's try something funny: Confuse Ray - Fire Blast - Protect SUB 1: IF Sawsbuck is ordered to use Grasswhistle A2 AND It hits itself A1 => Replace moveset to: Confuse Ray - Substitute (25hp) - Fire Blast SUB 2: IF Sawsbuck is ordered to use substitute A3, replace Protect with Fire Blast. Now I kinda depend a lot on hax. Now why do I think this won't go well?
