Brick Break -> B-B-B-BRICK BREAKERRRRRRR {Brick Break + Brick Break combo} -> Cool Down (Seed Bomb); if you flinch on Action 1, cry and complain about hax despite the fact that the chance that Dark Pulse will flinch is the same as the chance that Sand Veil would kick in at the end of the last battle (and while you're at it change Actions 2 and 3 to Disable Dark Pulse -> Brick Break)

Since this deals 48.5 damage by my calcs, I'll take next, assuming luck goes my way.
