Perhaps a mention of Silk Scarf on the All Out Attacker?
Fake Out Last Resort in OO?

De-slash Double hit on the Choiced set. It doesn't provide Ambipom with any specific kos and the difference in power between DH and Return is barely noticeable. (157 vs 153)

the point of double hit isn't notable KOes, it's breaking subs.
I'm not sure which subs you're breaking, though.

Breaking Substitutes off of Baton Pass chains or common Substitute users such as Zapdos, Suicune, Raikou, etc. Due to this, it is a very viable move to have over Return. Especially when the power difference is so insignificant (157 vs 153) along with Return 100% accuracy vs Double Hit 90% accuracy. The chances of landing a Critical Hit is also increased, more reasons why Double Hit is a favorable option.

Yeah, I'd slash Double Hit with Return on every set.

Also, It might be worth mentioning that Low Kick gets a tech boost against: Ferroseed (40 base power > 60 base power) Chansey (60 base power > 90 base power) Omastar (60 base power > 90 base power) Kabutops (60 base power > 90 base power) Porygon2 (60 base power > 90 base power) Absol (60 base power > 90 base power) Weavile (60 base power > 90 base power) Glaceon (60 base power > 90 base power) Zweilous (60 base power > 90 base power) I'm not sure if any others, or even some of these, are relevant and I think I missed murkrow... I'll cross out Double Hit, but I'm not sure if Hone Claws is viable. Ambipom has a hard time setting up, and regardless +1 isn't that worth it. It also fails to KO many bulky Pokemon after +1.

Ambipom is my favorite Agility-passer. He is fast enough to get an Agility up in most cases, and Baton Passes out incredibly easily after the speed boost (unless facing Prankster-Taunt.) He also has enough power to deal some decent damage if necessary.
I know his frailty is a bit of an issue when it comes to boosting, but I think Agility deserves a mention at least in OO. |

Okay, but if you're not going to mention it based on being outclassed, then you need to remove Nasty Plot from OO because it's outclassed by Mew. If Nasty Plot is mentioned as a possibility for Baton Passing, then Agility is equally deserving. |

Ambipom gets a nice Speed advantage over Mew to Baton Pass Nasty Plot. Allowing it to evade Taunt users such as Froslass, Mismagius, and Azelf. After a Agility from Zapdos or a Rock Polish from Mew, both are able to outspeed the entire tier. So there's practically no reason to use Agility passer Ambipom when those guys can do it better.
