In your opinion, is IR-GTS-BW a legal/valid/secure way to clone Pokémon? I want to use it, but I have this doubt and I don't want to infringe the rules offering an illegal service.

Well I just learned how to today, and it seems good enough to me. I've traded with other people and they've cloned their stuff the same way and the Pokemon look legit to me.
