EV TRAINING: OPEN CLOSED BUSY

Hey guys my name is rubix, I'm sort of new to the online pokemon community. I cannot RNG abuse, as I have a DSi, and all of my pokes are from giveaways or payments.
Rules:
-Never trade me hacks. I will find out if you do TRUST ME.
- I never trade hacks, if something is a hack, let me know, so I can let the person who gave it to me know.
- I will ev train the rules are located in the middle of the thread.
- I am a 17 year old with a life. I am only available after 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (New York)
-Don't flame me.
-Have Fun.

I do have a Jolteon with x/x/31/31/x/31 Modest, Fully EV'd Lv. 100.
A female Feraligatr with 31 IV Atk, EV'D. This was my starter, no D-Dance on it.
