(Programming) Battle Box Tournament Hosting

Hello! I have a feeling that the question I am about to ask can not be fully answered in a "ask a simple" thread. I am looking to know if there is a way to host your own battle box tournament. I'm pretty sure Nintendo uses their own special game versions to host these tournaments, as the average player cannot.

Thus I, with zero experience in programming, have come to ask if anyone knows about an AR code that might be able to remedy this problem? If not, do you think it's possible to write one? If so, think you could (and I would be eternally grateful)!

To be clear:

I am asking if you can host a battle box tournament on your DS B/W card, not just participate. I figure an AR code is the minimum level of hax required to make this work.

Does anyone know anything about this? :\ I am very clueless.
