yes, NBS still works! once PO has RBY, we won't need it, though.

atq.zapto.org is down atm. not sure what the host (Lutra) is up to...
rby2k10.kicks-ass.net is down atm. the host (harrison) just moved and can't port forward as of now.

In case other servers are down, "atq.zapto.org" is 24/7 again.
