Week 2 Recap:
Slow Week 2 as VGC 12 rules were announced and a tournament was started, but nonetheless the NPA shall continue on! I will allow extensions until Monday the 26th because that tournament has slowed down this one. Please get all matches done in time in the future.

The Wartortles proved that they have what it takes by securing the win the fastest yet again against the swift swimming Magikarp. The Escavaliers demolished the Afrobulls to be the other undefeated team in the league. The Scraftys secured their first victory over the Deoxys.

Also, the Week 1 scandal and rematch, activity win has been given to twash. Really Scrafty's?

General Battle Rules:

- All battles will be best two out of three
- Spectators will be up to the players and teams; if you are watching a battle and are asked to leave by the players or their teammates, it is in your best interest to leave or be punished.
- All battles MUST be done on PO.
- All teams can have SIX Pokémon on it, but each battle they will bring FOUR
- Doubles battles
- Managers should submit a team roster as to who is playing what tier prior to battling.

Week 3 is going to be intense as the Scraftys try to prove that they are not a fluke against the undefeated Wartortles while the Escavaliers try to stay undefeated against the San Antonio Spoinks. Spotlight matches for this week are:

makiri takes on mattj as the #1 draft pick continues to not produce as he still has not won a single battle. Will makiri be able to stop the undefeated mattj?
Fishy LOVES DRAGONS OMG takes on the young and impressionable JRank. Fishy LOVES DRAGONS OMG proved that she can handle it on the court last week, but will she be able to take on another drooling boy?
A little bit of international flavor as rubeNCB92 and twash meet again in what is a salty runback of the UK Finals. twash hopes to seek revenge on the Spaniard while rubeNCB92 hopes to show that Spain is mas fuerte and it's easy.
After a frustrating start in the first ever NPA, the Detroit Deoxys hope to be able to defeat the Afrobulls after their devastating loss to the Escavaliers.

I take full responsibility for my teams performance last week. I didn't prepare them enough for the match and decided to take an experimental approach to the game that obviously did not work out. We will be trying to ground ourselves this week and get back to the fundamentals. Again, I apologize to the fans for our terrible showing last week and congratulations to the Escavaliers for overcoming so much adversity.
