EDIT: bidoof rocks, take Eggless the Chansey. Chansey, as you know, are known for their delicious eggs, as well as their caring nature. However, the one you caught has a genetic defect that blocked the production of her ovaries, meaning that she can never lay eggs, thus she can never learn/know an egg-related move (Egg Bomb, Softboiled, etc.). She must also hold an Oval Stone at all times, and if it is taken from her by any means, she must switch out immediately for the duration of the battle. Eggless, due to her unfortunate disability, was shunned by her colleagues, so she must Solo every Chansey you fight. Because she was forbidden from breeding with other Pokemon, she is quite agressive, and must know at least 2 attacking moves, one of which must be Normal-Type. To evolve, Solo 5 wild Chansey, so she can finally put the incident behind her.

Take Toph the Drilbur. Toph is permanently blind, but she learned how to earthbend from badger-moles, so to start off, Solo 3 wild Drilbur before doing anything with Toph. She can now use Ground- and Rock-type attacks with a Base Power of 40 or less. (Note: Toph cannot use or learn Steel-type attacks Because she "sees" with earthbending, she can't hit anything that flies, levitates, swims. Also, since Toph's vision in sand is blurry, she can only attack every 2 turns. However, Toph's parents are overprotective of her, so she can't attack during the day or morning (they don't know Toph can earthbend, by the way). Toph eventually finds out about Earth Rumble Six, and sees this as an oppertunity to hone her earthbending skills. For every gym trainer Toph Soloes, increase the BP limit by 5. She eventually becomes the champion of Earth Rumble Six under the alias of the Blind Bandit. Solo Burgh, as he is the first male gym leader that Toph can battle. After the Solo is completed, increase the BP limit by 20. Soon after she becomes champion, she gets captured by the Xin Fu and the members of Earth Rumble Six and gets held for ransom. After you get the Bolt Badge, throw out 10,000 Poke-Yen worth of items in your bag. Once Toph gets freed, she proceeds to defeat all of Earth Rumble Six, so she must Solo the entire Driftveil Gym. After this, Toph confesses to have disobeyed their orders, and runs away from home, declaring her independence, allowing her to evolve. However, she gets into an argument with her teammates, and leaves for a while. You must put Toph into the PC until you clear Chargestone Cave. Once she reunites with the GAang, she decides to finally teach Aang earthbending. Teach one of your other Pokemon a Ground- or Rock-Type attack, and said Pokemon must never forget it. However, this means that you must deposit Toph and said Pokemon until you defeat Skyla. Eventually, the GAang finds Wan Shi Tong's Library, but Toph stays outside, because she is blind, and thus can't read. You may not bring Toph into Relic Castle. Meanwhile, Toph's parents hired Xin Fu, Leader of Earth Rumble Six, and Yu, a professional earthbending instructor, to capture Toph and bring her back home. Eventually, they capture Toph, but Toph escapes and puts them both in the metal cage that they captured her in, all the while inventing/discovering metalbending. Solo Cheren and Bianca after the Relic Castle. Toph can finally use Steel-type attacks.

Level 51, take a Timburr called PunchBag.

This little guy was always last to be picked in gym class. It wasn't long until he got picked on for his lack of physical prowess... only for him to get his revenge two classes later. Nothing could ever be proved, but the science block (or the bullies for that matter) never smelled the same again.

Anyway. PunchBag isn't one for starting fights, instead sitting there and taking the abuse until eventually he snaps. In other words, PunchBag must learn and keep Bide. This is the only offensive move PunchBag may use.

After a particularly frustrating incident in which he solos Elesa, he evolves into Gurdurr. Unfortunately, by this point PunchBag's stress is starting to affect him rather badly indeed, and he becomes completely fixated on getting his revenge. As a Gurdurr, PunchBag's moveset must consist of Bide / Frustration / Payback / Retaliate as soon as possible. Now PunchBag has another way to let off steam, but he still isn't going to pick a fight if he can help it; PunchBag can only use Frustration, Payback or Retaliate after fully executing a Bide.

PunchBag then evolves into Conkeldurr after soloing every Trainer (except Skyla... damn you, IAR!) in Mistralton Gym. The constant stress of being picked on all the time becomes even greater, however, and he starts relying on creature comforts to cope; PunchBag may only battle if he is holding a Nugget or a Star Piece. If he ever is without his item of choice for any reason, he refuses to battle no matter what for one in-game hour or twenty-four real life hours, whichever is the longer. He also becomes obsessive-compulsive over your use of items; while PunchBag is the active Pokémon, you may only use an item if the number you have in stock is a multiple of three, but does not contain a six.

It cannot evolve. Yeah, Easy.
It can only learn Level-Up Moves. Okay, not too difficult.
Those moves must have a BP of 74 or less, & cannot have a variable BP. Meh, Okay.

It can never leave the party. Meh.
It can never be the lowest leveled member on your team. This is starting to feel difficult.
It must solo Chili. Beatable, but this is getting to that stage...

...And Caitilin. BOOOOOOOOOM!!!!! That's ridiculous. You will struggle against Caitilin, with a Snivy that has shitty moves. You will be murdered by her Sigilyph 100 times, & it will make you consider ragequitting the scramble.
Yeah, it gets worse!
With your solo attempts, Snivy dies, you must soft reset.
For every failed attempt which forced you to soft reset, you must spend 1,500 Pokedollars worth of items, & dump them. If you cannot do this, Snivy will turn on you & kill you, making you lose the scramble.

Treadshot A1's Embrazen the Roggenrola

Level 51, take a Roggenrola called Embrazen.

Embrazen is bored of being compared to Geodude and friends, and also hates how it's become the standard cave pokemon that everyone hates.

So it wants to prove it's special. It wants to prove that even as a Roggenrola, cursed by Arceus as to have no arms, that it can still cause a lot of damage.

Embrazen has to only use body-smashing moves. This means tackle, take-down, etc. mainly because it doesn't have hands and it's feet are too weak to do anything.

You must lead with Embrazen against every water pokemon, and whenever you surf, you must throw out items worth at least P5000. Embrazen must solo every water pokemon and trainer you encounter who's first pokemon is water type.

Whenever Embrazen is sent out, you must flip a coin. If it's heads, you have 3 turns in which to faint the opponent's pokemon (this applies to each pokemon in a trainer battle, so flip the coin again for each pokemon). If you fail to faint the opponent's pokemon within 3 turns, you must use 4 TM's on your other pokemon (4 total, not 4 each) to make them learn new moves. If the coin flips gives tails, then you have to survive for at least 5 turns without using any healing items. If you faint before that, then you must put one of your party pokemon in the box. You may take it out after 3 hours of game time has passed, and you may not use anything to replace it in the meantime.

Embrazen may never be healed at a PC until all of its PP is depleted.

Embrazen has to solo one E4 member, and one Gym Leader of your choice.

FastFlygon's Matilda the Venipede

Level 51, take Matilda the male Venipede. Matilda used to be owned by a trainer in the town, but it escaped one day, and the trainer has been searching for it since. When you reach Pinwheel forest, you decide to help out, so you must indiscriminately catch every wild Venipede you encounter until you get a male Venipede of level 16 that is holding a Poison Barb. Taking him back to the town, you find that Matilda's original trainer committed suicide from despair, so you inherit Matilda. Matilda was mistreated by his previous trainer (hence he ran away) which makes him look upon the world with a very bitter slant. He can only ever use attacking moves that either have STAB or a base power of 50 or more. Anything else just won't do enough damage to satisfy him. Matilda is angry at every trainer in the world except you, because he believes you killed his former trainer. for each trainer you encounter, flip a coin. If you get heads, Matilda is overcome with rage and must be your lead versus that trainer. He may not switch out, and will simply attack until someone faints, whether that be him or his opponent. You may also use one item every five turns, but Matilda cannot supress his rage enough for them to be used more frequently than that. After you have beaten 20 trainers in this way, Venipede may evolve. As a Whirlipede, Matilda believes it is his role to protect the other Pokemon in your party from other trainers like the one who abused him. Because of this, he must switch in whenever the opponent's Pokemon has a STAB move super effective against your active Pokemon, even if this will get him killed. The only exception to this is instances where other challenges require you to stay in. Once Whirlipede has successfully switched in and survived a hit like this five times, he is able to evelve into a Scolipede whenever you want him too, and no longer has to switch into moves. However, Matilda falls in love with a random female member of your team (alternatively, if nobody is female, he's gay). Because he wants to show his crush how strong he is, the base power limit is raised to 75 at the minimum, and this now applies to STAB moves too. I suggest you get Megahorn as soon as you can :P. Additionally, because Matilda is so in love with his partner, he must still switch in for them whenever the opponent has a super-effective STAB move. Initially, Matilda's crush rejects him, so he should learn Frustration. He must keep this until he has switched in for his crush and immediately fainted before making a move 8 times. After this, they come to appreciate his affection and he may forget Frustration if you wish. They also prove a calming influence, so he may finally use non-attacking moves. To allow them to celebrate, you should leave both Matilda and his crush in the daycare for two in-game hours. Finally, to prove that he has succeeded in his mission, he should KO at least 3 of the champions Pokemon in your final battle - after all, if he can beat the strongest trainer of them all, he should be able to protect his friends from any other trainer too.

tl;dr:
Catch every Venipede in Pinwheel until you get male level 16 Venipede holding a Poison barb.
Name him Matilda.
Only attacking moves of 50BP+ or STAB

Scolipede should kill 3 of the champion's Pokemon.

AOPSUser's Fragile the Roggenrola (lol two Roggenrolas? :|)

Take Fragile the Roggenrola.

Fragile has Sturdy, but does not think that it does. Therefore, every time it is saved by Sturdy, you must buy a Revive and immediately trash it. If you do not have access to Revives yet, keep track of your "debt" and pay it off ASAP. Now, it does not believe in type advantages, so it may not battle any trainer Pokemon whose STAB it resists or is weak to its own STAB. Since most people tend to use Roggenrola in Nuzlockes because Lenora is so F***ing hard, he may not fight Lenora. In fact, he may not fight any Gym Leaders. It also thinks that you are playing a Scramblocke, so you get 5 lives. Every time it faints, it loses a life. If it loses all 5 lives, you must release him, catch another Roggenrola at the same level you caught him, name it Fragile, and you start with 4 lives. Then 3. Then 2. Then 1. All other resurrections will have one life. Roggenrola may only evolve into Boldore before Burgh if and only if he has not lost a single life. It may not evolve into Gigalith. Solo N.

EDIT: Level 51, take a Ferroseed, and name it whatever you want. This Ferroseed got tired of everyone telling it that it couldn't sweep teams. It knows better then anyone what it can do. So, your best bet is to teach it Swords Dance ASAP and just let it loose. So loose, in fact, that in order to evolve it has to solo either Cheren or Bianca at your last fight with them before the Elite Four, and then solo an E4 member. In both fights, you must stack Swords Dance up to +6 before attacking-in all fights, your Ferroseed must stack at least 1 Swords Dance before attacking. To go along with Swords Dance, all three of your Ferroseed's moves must be physical, and at least 1 must be STAB.

As a Scolipede, falls in love with random female Pokemon, or random male if no female exists in your party. Base power limit raised to 75 and applies to STAB moves.
Scolipede must switch-in for his crush, but not anyone else. Must also learn Frustration until he is killed 8 times doing this. Afterwards, he may use non-attacking moves. However, leave him and his crush in the daycare for 2 hours while they celebrate.
Scolipede should kill 3 of the champion's Pokemon.

Note: Treadshot posted while I was writing this, so I'll just let you pick between this and the alternatives. Hopefully you think Matilda sounds interesting!

EDIT: Take Fragile the Roggenrola.

Fragile has Sturdy, but does not think that it does. Therefore, every time it is saved by Sturdy, you must buy a Revive and immediately trash it. If you do not have access to Revives yet, keep track of your "debt" and pay it off ASAP. Now, it does not believe in type advantages, so it may not battle any trainer Pokemon whose STAB it resists or is weak to its own STAB. Since most people tend to use Roggenrola in Nuzlockes because Lenora is so F***ing hard, he may not fight Lenora. In fact, he may not fight any Gym Leaders. It also thinks that you are playing a Scramblocke, so you get 5 lives. Every time it faints, it loses a life. If it loses all 5 lives, you must release him, catch another Roggenrola at the same level you caught him, name it Fragile, and you start with 4 lives. Then 3. Then 2. Then 1. All other resurrections will have one life. Roggenrola may only evolve into Boldore before Burgh if and only if he has not lost a single life. It may not evolve into Gigalith. Solo N.

Take Phobia the *any Pokemon which can evolve*. Phobia is afraid of so many things you can lose count of them:

Fear of Change - Phobia cannot evolve. [10]
Fear of Heights - Phobia cannot be in the party when you use Fly. [3]
Fear of Water - Phobia cannot be in the party when Surfing. (does not apply if Phobia was caught in water) [3]
Fear of Sharp Objects - No slash-based moves, e.g. Cut, Slash, X-Scissor. No STAB. [10]
Fear of Being Useless - Phobia must switch in every major battle (e.g. Gym Leader, Elite Four, N, Rival, etc.) [5]
Fear of Loneliness - Phobia must always be accompanied in the box by at least one other party member. [5]
Fear of the Dark - Phobia cannot be in the party when in caves. (does not apply if Phobia was caught in a cave) [5]
Fear of Being Unliked - Phobia's moves cannot be above 60BP. [7]
Fear of Foreigners - Phobia cannot attack other Pokemon which it does not share typing with. [7]
Fear of Being Left Out - Phobia's moves must all be known by other Pokemon on the party. [6]
Fear of Dying - Phobia must swap out when down to yellow or lower health. [6]
Fear of Disease - Phobia must always hold a Lum Berry. [4]

However, it learns to overcome its fears as it grows. When it reaches certain levels, it gains Anti-Phobic Points which it can use to offset some of its fears. the number of points needed to get rid of each fear is listed next to the fear, and the points it gains are as follows:

Level 13 - +2 points
Level 21 - +2 points
Level 42 - +3 points
Level 55 - +3 points
Level 75 - +5 points

There are also therapists in some cities; however they charge Pokes for treatment.

Castelia City - 150 000 Pokes / Point
Mistralton City - 294 000 Pokes / 2 Points
Opelucid City - 425 000 Pokes / 3 Points

If you want to use a therapist, go to the city with Phobia and toss goods equal to the cost.

Take Accursed the Yamask. Catch it on your first visit to the Desert Resort.

Once Accursed reaches Level 29, teach it Curse. It must use Curse on every opponent it meets. If it faints after using Curse (either from the opponent’s attack or from the half HP damage), note it down. If this counter reaches 4, it loses a move slot. Now pick any section of your bag besides your Key Items pouch, you may not use anything from that section any more. If the counter reaches 6, another move slot and bag section are lost. If it reaches 8, yet another move slot and bag section are lost. Finally, if it reaches 10, you lose a bag slot and your remaining Pokemon are all permanently under the effects of Taunt and Torment (unless it conflicts another Challange). To evolve into Cofagrigus, have 50 opponent Pokemon faint from the effects of curse. Accursed must solo one Gym Leader and one Elite Four member (of your choice).

If you reject this Challenge, the rest of your Pokemon are afflicted with Taunt and Torment (unless it conflicts another Challange).

If you just want one Challange though, ignore Accursed.

Heavy the Tepig he must always have the move Heat Crash and use it before he uses any other attack. He must have a speed lowering item always attached or ha can't evolve into Emboar solo 1 Gym leader only using Heat Crash

oops, sorry. I have to admit, I didn't read your post too closely -.- you can scratch the evo restrictions if you want, but they make it more ... fun?
but technically, the Pokemon can evolve near the regular evo level. Except maybe Phobia.
