Random, can i give you a Virizion? I mean, Zekrom doesn't really count, and i missed out on Cobalion...please? Pleeaassee? You can't really call it a challenge without a Treadshot A1 challenge...

Edit: random, you get Virizion. It's fed up of people thinking its crap, or always being at the bottom of the list of Pokemon people want to use. It wants to show that it can be good.

So, it's got to be useful for you. It has to have at least one move for each STAB. And it has to KO something with its moves. It doesn't matter what, it just needs to KO something. Mainly because setting hopes too high for a Virizion isn't a good idea.

Since Virizion isn't really good for much, your Virizion must manage to tank an attack to prove its useful. It must live an attack, be left in red health, and then KO the Pokemon who left it in red health. You have to do this once, and once only.

Oh, and since Virizion is always being exchanged for one of the better Musketeers, it must prove that is can be as useful as its brothers/sisters (do they have gender? Eh, who cares, its pokemon). So if you intend to switch Cobalion out, you must switch to Virizion. And Virizion can only switch out to be replaced by anyone except for Cobalion.

Cyberspeed, take a Weedle named Buzzkill

Just when you were having a nice picknick you find this Weedle munching away on your goodies. But wait... is that a smile on his wormy face?! It seems he's actually enjoying your misery.. You're not the first victim either. The pokemon in Johto know him as Cpt. Buzzkill, always spoiling the fun with his inappropriate behaviour. But then again, he might actually help you shatter the dreams of aspiring Johto trainers. Who knows? Maybe Youngster Joey could have been a champion if you hadn't stomped his Rattata.. Probably not.

Evolve Buzzkill to a Beedrill before the first gym. He must know one Dark and one Poison move at all times to demonstrate his grinchy nature. To taunt you a little bit he must learn Pin Missile. Why learn a good Bug move when you have shaky accuracy and random damage output to work with? Feel free to rage a little. Buzzkill will only know that his mission is going well.

If you're ready to go the extra mile: Have him solo Janine aswell. Buzzkill is outraged that she chose Ariados instead of him for her elite ninja roster. I understand that nuzlocke and a solo can easily be too much, so for this solo you may reset at will until Buzzkill pulls through. I state again: this part is optional. If you choose to do this he may replace Pin Missile with a coverage move once you reach Vermilion and may replace his poison attack as long as he re-learns Poison Jab straight after battle.

Have Fun (only to have it ruined by Buzzkill's crappy performance)!

Take a Koffing named Smogon. This Koffing likes Smogon so much it has to have Smog in its movepool at all times. Smogon also hates committing suicide, so whenever an opposing Pokemon uses Selfdestruct or Explosion, Smogon must solo the rest of the trainer's Pokemon.

Once Smogon has taken two Selfdestructs/Explosions in a row without healing, then you may evolve it.

@Cyberspeed take 5 the _____. Five must be the fifth pokemon you see on Route 33 (the 5th route in Johto.) Five is obsessed with five, and such must solo the 5th gym leader you face in either OR both regions (unlimited resets). For extra props, do it with only 5 items for each (you don't have to.) 5 must learn 5 total new moves PER EVOLUTION STAGE, and must hold the 5th hold item you receive, as he loves the number 5. 5 must also start each battle in the 5th postition, and always be in the party along with the 5th member of your team that he catches. Finally, after every KO he makes, sing/write/think "Oh man, I ____ that 5" (pick pretty much any word for that blank).

Bloody has to go through rigorous training to reveal his true self:
1). Solo the rival once to gain the use of Special moves.
2). Solo an entire gym minus the leader to receive SE attacks.
3). Solo a gym leader minus the trainers to use moves above 70 BP.
4). He has 5 lives total.
5). To evolve, he must sacrifice one of those lives to a foe in order to allow a teammate to heal.
6). Keep two Contact moves because the best way to fight is to share pain.
7). NEVER run from battle or switch with this bug. (unless against steel types)
8). If Speed Boost: may not attack unless it can guarantee that it is faster.
9). If Compoundeyes: no inaccurate moves.
10). RUN FROM STEEL TYPES!!!!!!!
11). Wants to defeat Red's Venasaur 1-on-1

Awesome to read as always Sage Chow, it was really awesome to follow you as you worked through the insane challanges you were given and watch you persevere through them. I'm also glad that you enjoyed Serene; the unconventional tactics it forced you to use was the whole idea and I thought it would be a lot of fun. I have to admit though, I didn't see the Stealth Roar strategy coming but that's part of the fun of following Pokemon you give out in challanges; seeing how they take the restrictions and run with them. Thanks for taking us along for the ride! I can't wait to read your next adventure!

Cyberspeed, take Fail the Magikarp. To evolve, Fail must prove that he is awesome by soloing 3 trainers (infinite resets) and delivering 10 critical hits. After evolution, rename him Success. He now must prove that he can win in the face of terrible odds. Success must always keep Splash and one special move. Success must solo the Red Gyarados and Bruno of the E4 (once again, infinite resets).

He Must Have A Naughty Nature and be Taught a Dark type move.When you get to Celadon City,He Finds the Casino,so make Sure you have at least 500Poke Saved to gamble there.He Finds out Celedon is trying to get rid of the Casino,So he wants to take his rage out on Erika.So Let him Solo Her.In Every Battle he is in,you must use an item on him,unless it is a Physical Impossibility.
He May Evolve at Lv 25,as Drugs have made him inflicted him with Chronic Headaches Leaving him a tad slow when it comes to his evolution.

As a Doduo (name it Dispute), it's personality is evenly split between Intelligent and Stupid. The intelligent side knows that it is a Physical attacker and must know two physical attacks ASAP. It's Stupid side thinks that it is the son of a wise Alakazam and says that it must know two Special attacks ASAP. In it order to settle their dispute, solo the Fighting Psudo-gym and Sabrina. After seeing both sides of the spectrum, both heads agree that it is a physical attacker. Replace those two special attacks with two physical ones. Evolve now.

As a Dodrio (name it Scrambled), it's personality was combined and split into thirds. This caused it to become unstable. Each head wants to do what it wants, but the other two don't like to. Sate all three of their wants in order to decide which head is the most dominant:

Right head: solo 20 winged Pokemon to sate it's jealousy of it being unable to fly. 10 must be trainer-owned.

Middle head: this one is slightly crazy because it has been stuck between the two squabbling heads. Solo your rival after the eighth Gym (Excluding Rhyhorn) to vent it's frustrations.

Left head: Defeat 5 gym trainers, 6 swimmers (3 male, 3 female), 1 electric type, and 8 bikers because he hates not having varity in it's life.

Which head won this conflict of interests? You decide. Which ever one wins, decides what you must solo:
Left: Bruno's Hitmonchan
Middle: Agatha's first Gengar
Right: Lorieal's Jynx

Okay, I'm giving you a Meowth called Bankroll. Meowth knows it's his job to finance your whole team, and finance them he will! As such, he must always know Payday. If you find an Amulet Coin, he must always hold it. Meowth is upset that you'd consider other means of cash than him - you can only ever spend money that he's earned for you with Payday. If any trainer (including gymleaders) gives you more money than you pick up from Meowth's Payday after a fight, he must either solo the next (non gym/E4) trainer you come across or earn at least that much in wild battles. To show that earning money honestly is the best policy, he must solo at least one of Giovanni's Pokémon every time you face him. He can evolve into a Persian once he's earned you enough money in total to legitimately buy a bike - that's a million Pokédollars! If he manages to do that he loses all restrictions.

Alright, reserving a Charmander for EndQuote, I'll edit it in a moment. Sorry for your Nuzlocke :(.

EDIT: EndQuote take VENGEANCE (yes all caps) the Charmander. Charmander has taken the loss of your team in your Nuzlocke personally, and vows to get revenge on ALL Pokemon that can learn Self-Destruct or Explosion by level up (Geodude line, Voltorb Line, Koffing Line, Pineco line and Baltoy line in gen III). He burns with a fiery passion for revenge, and as such he can never have more than one attacking move that is not Fire Type. Have him learn Blast Burn ASAP, so he can vent his anger in all consuming flames! Have him solo Koga, since Koga just loves using exploding moves and that just pisses him right off. So far this seems pretty easy right? Well, there's a problem with having revenge as your motivation, which means that regret will assuage him after every battle. As such, he can never be used in two trainer battles in a row, unless one of the aforementioned self destructive pokemon appears... then the guilt vanishes into RAGE!

Yeah it's still pretty easy but I wanted to give you a fiery avatar of vengeance, so this is what you get. Enjoy!

@Wrave: You get Sunshine the Deerling. As the Smogon community knows, the best way to use Sawsbuck is as a physical sweeper in the sun. Thus, it cannot learn special moves and cannot use STAB during the night or in rain. Solo one rival's 'mon to evolve.

@Wrave, take a Tympole named Resolute. Depending on your time zone, it is either the beginning of 2012 or the end of 2011, so time for New Year's Resolutions! Your Tympole has already made several resolutions, but since it's not very creative (Over 100 Pokemon are Water Pokemon) it just stole the top 5 resolutions according to a survey mentioned on Wikipedia.

Be financially-savvy: Never use any items on it, except for held items and TM/HMs

Read at least one book per month: Only use attacks that are at least 10 characters long (Spaces count, so Rain Dance is allowed) with one exception mentioned below

Eat properly: Always hold a berry

Get enough sleep: Know and keep Rest

In early B/W, Haxorus was believed to be super-Uber, so he believes that also. As a Haxorus, have him know Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw/Outrage, Return, and a Physical move of your choice.

Now, this seems overly easy, right? You would be correct, it is way too easy!

As such, Axew may not evolve until it solos both Cheren and Bianca. It can only become a Haxorus if it solos the Dragon Gym Leader whose name escapes me.
