The ToF is Horrendous at DPP UU Tournament - Round 4

With the advent of BW UU, the DPP UU metagame seems to have been forgotten. There haven't been many DPP UU tournaments lately, so here's one for you all!

General Tournament Rules:

General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
Standard UU - Singles
Generation IV
Single Elimination
The banlists for this tournament are the same as for the ladders of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Online. You are absolutely not allowed to use any Pokemon in BL, OU, and Uber. A UU tier list can be found on-site.
Matches must be conducted on Pokemon Online's simulator.

Evasion Clause
OHKO Clause
Sleep Clause
Species Clause
Timed Battle
This is a bo1 tournament.
No Johning whatsoever. I expect all matches to be done quickly.

I left another VM or GS. He hasn't responded to any of them yet but we did find each other on IRC during the Tour yesterday. We agreed to battle when he was eliminated but he was offline when I asked him and when he responded I was afk for the rest of the night. So we both missed each other.
