I believe the qualifier matches are done on Pokemon Online but the actual tournament will be run on DSes.

When I got that PM on smashboards about the qualifiers I got worried, lol. Ok, it's just for seeding. Probably won't be doing any qualifiers or anything.

Also no wonder I couldn't find this thread, lol, I kept searching the Tournaments forum for it.

Question though, which I'm asking here since it's more relevant here than anywhere else, will the tourney at Apex be single or double elimination? I'm assuming Single, due to time constraints.

Still determining exactly what it will be
but I know for sure it will not be a situation where if you lose once your out

It will either be double elimination, or some sort of mix of swiss pools and bracket (which may be single or double elim)
