gk's Double Dance Gligar is irrelevant right now, is it?~

Been going through the SCMS and removing mentions of Gligar and almost finished. Unfortunately, some just plain need updates as their analysis was written almost entirely based on Gligar.

-Drilbur
-Shellder
-Bronzor and Mienfoo (hurry up Blarajan)

Low Priority: Joltik, Totodile, Dragon Dance Scraggy (I've remedied this on-site so it should be fine until a new Scraggy set becomes the most popular)

I'd prefer if you finished one before starting the other, since we have such a small community and it is very likely there are other people out there who would like to do Totodile.
