Hey guys! I love my job sometimes... Today, instead of that stupid arena with all those fans, we're at this peaceful lake in Eterna Forest! I didn't even know it existed, but I'm sure glad it does.

Reiku- Welcome to the team girl! This is how we roll Mrs. Icecreamy, we are gonna own! Now first, that ghey creampuff is going to try to be tricky. Taunt it! No tricky for it. Next, Make it Rain! Make it rain good and hard, and that will drench the evil monkey! Finally, Send a boosted Water Pulse up from the watery depths, sending Monferno's lily pad flying! he'll get hurt AND fall into the pond! Silly fire monkey, why fight on water?

Then find Monferno and give him a taste of your ice beam! The previous soaking should give a better chance to freeze him! Finally, wreck the arena again by swamping your opponents under a surf!

Round 1 - Get Movin', Guys!

The battle starts as Monferno rushes forward, easily and skillfully hopping from lilypad to lilypad before faking out Sealeo. Clefairy follows up its teamate, coating itself with a peculiar, magical, green glow. Its purpose is unclear until Vanilluxe tries to Taunt the Clefairy, but its insults just fly back at the ice cream. Sealeo, meanwhile, is helpless to assist its teammate, instead still reeling from the blow Monferno dealt to it.

Monferno again rushes forward recklessly, covering itself in little flares and deftly leaping on lilypads to blitz Vanilluxe. It does a hefty chunk, though not without damage to Monferno as well. Vanilluxe tries to retaliate with a dance of rain to weaken Monferno's power, but it has confused its insults for Clefairy's and cannot. Sealeo now comes to its partner's aid, shooting Monferno with an ice beam. Clefairy responds craftily, erecting a golden screen of light to protect it and its teammate.

Monferno slyly gives Sealeo an outstanding encore. Vanilluxe uses water pulse. Sealeo, enthused by the applause, summons another ice beam. However, some of the damage is absorbed by the screens of light. Clefairy shoots a stream of toxic gunk at Sealeo, badly poisoning it. It isn't looking too good for Glacier Knight; whose plans aren't working out very well. Who knows, however; this could still go either way.

Lilypad Lake Field Type- Water/Flying/Grass Complexity- Moderate Format- Singles, Doubles Restrictions- No weather, Pokemon Over 110 pounds cannot battle here Lily Pad Lake: Deep in the Eterna Forest lies a serene lake topped with larger than life lily pads. If trainers aren’t battling you can see many different kinds of wild pokemon jumping and playing on the lily pads. All of the pads are roughly the same size (three feet long and wide) and are anchored to their spot. They also hold an incredible amount of weight; up to two hundred pounds! If anything heavier hits the lily pads they will sink. The pond itself is very shallow at the edges, but it gets as deep as thirty feet when you reach the center. For the battle all pokemon must be either in, on, or above the lake; a pokemon cannot walk around the lake or stay at its shore. The weather is lovely this time of year, but the tall canopy covers most sunlight, bathing the lake in cool shadows and trapping the mist. Summary: all pokemon must stay above, on, or in the lake. Lily pads will collapse if there is more than 110 pounds on it. Weather moves will fail. Its purpose is unclear until Vanilluxe tries to Taunt the Clefairy, but its insults just fly back at the ice cream. Sealeo, meanwhile, is helpless to assist its teammate, instead still reeling from the blow Monferno dealt to it. Monferno again rushes forward recklessly, covering itself in little flares and deftly leaping on lilypads to blitz Vanilluxe. It does a hefty chunk, though not without damage to Monferno as well. Vanilluxe tries to retaliate with a dance of rain to weaken Monferno's power, but it has confused its insults for Clefairy's and cannot. Sealeo now comes to its partner's aid, shooting Monferno with an ice beam. Clefairy responds craftily, erecting a golden screen of light to protect it and its teammate. Monferno slyly gives Sealeo an outstanding encore. Vanilluxe uses water pulse. Sealeo, enthused by the applause, summons another ice beam. However, some of the damage is absorbed by the screens of light. Clefairy shoots a stream of toxic gunk at Sealeo, badly poisoning it.
