Instant Communication

So recently i have found out That a main mtting Place for Metagamers isnt Friendcodes anymore. Mainly becuase it sucks now when it comes to supporting Metagamers.
However now we need a new meeting place for us to Meet at.
Yes we Have P.O. and P.S. but alot of people dont do to many competitively
battles on Battle Simulators and many now use Youtube and Smogon as a nain communication method.
Smogon is ok. The Leaders of The metagame and it is limited by being dominated but by nothing but Forums.
We need a chat system.
