It's the Attack Form with special move Meteor Mash with a Timid Nature (I know not ideal for Meteor Mash, it's Attack - Speed +). Timid is Speed Up if that's what you're asking.

If you're looking for the Speed Form, take it to the Meteor in the Museum.

Not sure which you're asking.

Reshiram and DigGa: Both of you aren't offering anything I'm interested at the moment, thanks anyway. I can wait on the Jirachi, and I got the Lucario that checked perfectly. Keep that Jirachi around though Reshiram, I may take it at a later date after I finish my latest batch and train what I want to.
