Night One

You wake up in a cold sweat.

How long have I been asleep? you think to yourself.

Quickly getting up, you notice the glowing analog clock sitting on your desk, glowing in the darkness...it's almost midnight. You sit up.

As you get up out of your bed, you realize you've been sleeping in your clothes...Wait...The shadow of a person covers the moonlight in front of your window.

You reach for the lamp. As you hear the click, bright light fills the room.

A boy is standing in front of your desk, staring at you. His deep blue eyes almost swallow you into the void of nothingness beyond them. He seems to be wearing a striped shirt.

"You are awake," he says.

You frown. What the hell is this kid doing in my room? I thought I locked the door!

"Nevertheless...it'll only be a matter of time...The full moon is here now, so you are safe...But the next time it comes, you really won't be."

He chuckles.

You stare at him blankly. He didn't even smile when he laughed!

The emotionless face of this boy makes you both confused and rather aggravated. The hairs on your back rise up as you think about what an eerie situation you are in. Feeling the need to get out of there, you look towards the door.

"Well I'm done here. It was good to meet you," he mumbles. He fumbles around the lamp's switch and finally shuts it off.

You scramble towards the lamp and turn it back on.

HE DISAPPEARED!!!

You frown, and quickly move towards the door to check the lock. It was firmly locked from the inside, and you didn't notice any sound of him leaving through the doorway. You look at the window, it was tightly shut as well. It didn't make sense to you
in any way, shape, or form, as to how this boy got out of your room without an exit. Checking every nook and cranny to see if he hid, you end up without any results of an escape.

You sit back down on your bed. You pinch yourself to see if you were dreaming, but the fact that you felt the pain meant to you that you were perfectly awake when this happened.

I don't know how this kid got in here, and what he wanted, oh well... you get into bed, and realize that you will have a hard time falling asleep, as it seems like this disturbance left you very, very awake.

Day One

A hand reaches out and grabs your shoulder, shaking you very hard. You open your eyes and notice that some guy is standing above you. He must've woken you up.





"I suggest you wake up if you know what's good for you," he says, gruffly. He grunts and lets go of your shoulder, walks over to your desk and points at the clock,

"I'm sure you aren't forgetting that today is the first day of school, so I won't remind you of that, but you at least should get up early, because otherwise you'll be late," he walks over towards the door, turns the handle, and steps into the corridor,

"If you want to walk with us to school, you better hurry up and get dressed. I don't like waiting for stragglers," he walks away.

This is Akihiko Sanada. Sanada-senpai is the captain of the school's boxing team, as well as a senior at Gekkoukan High. He is a hard worker, from what Takeba-san told you, and maintains a perfect GPA in all of his studies. This, of course, meant little to you, seeing that you were not graduating with him and as such were not in any sort of competition with him in your studies.

You get up out of bed and slide into your new black leather shoes, and grab your uniform jacket.

Time for school you think to yourself, and step outside your bedroom door into the hallway.

As you walk down the stairs you see that all of your classmates and fellow dormmates are standing, waiting for you.

They smile and wave to you, motioning you to come. You smile in return, and join the group.

And so, you sigh to yourself, it has begun.

Day 2

You join your group of friends and begin to chat with them. Slowly moving out the doorway of the dorms, you step out into the bright, sunny streets of Iwatodai. It's not too far to the train station, where you will ride to school.

The streets are bustling with people. You overhear a few murmurs here and there, of the death of two students, from an elderly couple walking the opposite direction of your group.

Apparently two victims were killed in an accident...or so it would seem.

You also overhear someone asking a question about fusing:

As you walk up to the station, you notice a large crowd standing around something. Getting a closer glance, you notice that there is police tape barring the crowd from what they surrounded.

You and your friends push through the mass of bodies to get a closer look.

There, you see two students - they had to be your age - blood stained.

Who could've done this? You ask yourself in your head.

As if to answer your question, one of your dorm-mates speaks up:

"It has to be the work of the shadows!"

It is Mitsuru Kirijo. A Senior and Gekkoukan's valedictorian student. She is beautiful and elegant, but beneath all of that lies some sort of mystery you just can't grasp your hands on. She continues:

"There's no mistaking it, this isn't the result of a mere accident. Shadows have been running amok, and these two must've fallen prey to the evils."

You stare at her blankly. First she jumps to conclusions, and now she claims that there are weird evil creatures called "Shadows"?

What the fuck?

Takeba-san and Sanada-senpai both seem to agree with her, so you decide that the safest thing to do is just to nod and make a grim face.

"The second of the three day cycles will be a New Moon. During the New moon, the Elec Element receives a bonus. Therefore, if you have any Elec related Aggressive ability, then it will deal an additional 1 damage verses the Fire element. Any weaknesses to Ice are nullified during the New Moon as well. The Lynch target receives a +1 Speed boost the following cycle as a bonus for being lynched."

This should make things a bit simpler, in terms of how people can go about to win. Nevertheless the person you know in your role pm (assuming you know them) is your partner (assuming you have a partner), and as such you will find that you can mutually work together, as opposed to most of the other players.
