Modular Slots: Ubers cost 4, OU 3, UU 2, and RU 1. What team would you pick?

Title says it all. What would be the optimal team size in a tier where more powerful Pokemon cost more team slots. What teams would be best? Would a team of 6 RU be the optimal choice? Or would an Uber/UU duo reign supreme? What team would you use in such a tier?

There needs to be a bit more content here. As the OP, you are responsible for leading the topic by coming up with some ideas yourself and sharing them with the rest of us. Regardless, I don't see this taking off.
