(Others) Rate my Team (Leaf Green)

Hello, I'm pretty new to the whole competitive battle thing and to EV training. Here's what I was thinking for my Leaf Green team.

1. Blastoise: Gentle nature
252 Special Defense EV
252 Hp EV
4 Special Attack EV

Surf
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Hydro Cannon/Hyper Beam

2. Muk: Sassy nature
252 Special Defense EV
252 Attack EV
4 HP EV

Sludge Bomb
Explosion (Breed with Koffing)
Thunderbolt
Minimize

3. Snorlax: Adamant nature
252 HP EV
252 Attack EV
4 Defense EV

Substitute
Focus Punch
Rest
Hyper Beam

4. Jolteon: Timid nature
252 Speed EV
252 Special Attack EV
4 HP EV

Thunderbolt
Pin Missle/Hiddenpower(Grass)
Rain Dance
Thunder

5. Dragonite: Calm nature
252 Special Defense EV
252 Special Attack EV

I think I'd send out Muk first and try to poison whoever I can and make his evasiveness as high as I can and then explode when he's close to death then go from there. Any suggestions on other pokemon I should get instead or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
