Default Where to play VGC
Probably the best way to practice for VGC is playing on the actual cartridge either with random matchup or Smogon's Wifi Battle Finder. If you find you do need the convenience of a simulator the best to use is Pokemon Showdown!, which has VGC 2013 implemented.
