I'm sorry to say that VGC has not yet expanded into the Australia. They have not announced any Australia VGC locations for the VGC 2013 season.

Welcome to Smogon!
Unfortunately, there aren't any locations in Australia currently, and we have no way of knowing whether that will change in the future. But you can still keep an eye out in case that changes. If you're interested in competitive Pokémon in general and not just VGC, then most of the VGC metagame information on the site can also be applied to GBU doubles, and Smogon has its own metagames which can be found here. Also, in the future, please direct any simple questions to this thread (the other metagame forums have similar threads of their own if you end up checking out any of them). Good luck with whatever you end up doing!
