First team ever...

I was wondering if I could get some advice with my current team... I've been told it doesn't have good synergy and I can't have 3 leftovers so I really don't know what to do here :/

1)Tyranitar (Sand Stream) - Brave@ Leftovers
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Fire Blast
-Superpower

2)Ferrothorn - Relaxed @ Shed Shell
252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD

3)Conkeldurr (Guts) - Brave @ Flame Orb
120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SpD
-Bulk Up

You really need to add descriptions for each team member, this RMT looks very barren.

I... kind of know nothing of competitive battling. I'm REALLY new to this so I know nothing about synergy or anything like that :/ I just tried to balance the team as well as I could. So I don't really know what I'd put as descriptions.
