In hindsight: This actually happened. I petitioned Russia for an alliance. It didn't work out (stabbed twice!). Germany allied with Russia successfully. That ended in a stab as well (both must've been aware of it though). The history repeats itself. The Molotov-Ribbentrop was doomed to fail from the beginning, but it did grant the both sides extra time to prepare for a much stronger assault.

Fourth day granted anyways. I have only 3/7 orders. Seriously, if you are going to idle, then you are why games stop working. And I have spent the last multiple turns hounding people for orders that are either late, or going to be. If I have to make countries do nothing because that is what I got, so be it. Starting no later than 1904, and no earlier than immediately after this post, I will stop hounding everyone for their orders. You have 27 hours, 4 minutes, and one second left to get your orders in.

I am still missing two sets of orders. I'm about to send them a PM for their orders. One more extension is granted: 48 hours; as they should have had their orders in more than a day ago, I feel no guilt in giving a day less than usual for the full extension. On another note, Jalmont has not requested me to remove him from the subs list (unlike UllarWarlord). If one or both of them fail to get their orders in, I sub one of them, chosen at random if both of them fail to get orders in. If I'm forced to sub Jalmont in, then I'll grant one further extension; a full 72 hours. This extension will be a mercy for Jalmont to negotiate so that I don't toss him in to sink or swim before removing the lead weights from his ankles.

Yes, I'm that serious about getting orders in.

EDIT: Hey, Walrein got his orders in almost immediately and gave a half-decent excuse. Not a good one, but it was passable. So he gets his call-out here, where I can say he semi-redeemed himself.

Due to Smogon's downtime, I extended deadline 48 hours. I did not anticipate smogon being up again so soon, or I'd have extended it by only 24 hours. However, I already gave the extension.
