Need Help Changing My Team

I understand my team isn't entirely OU but I'm just looking for some help, I haven't thought of this team as being completely awful but I still need help because I only win around 25% of games.

1. Venusaur
Ability: Chlorophyll
Item: leftovers
Moves:
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam

2. Chandelure
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Air Ballon
Moves:
- Flamethrower
- Shadowball
- Confuse Ray
- Will O Wisp

3. Poliwrath
Ability: Water Absorb
Item:Wacan Berry
Moves:
- Hypnosis
- Circle Throw
- Bulk Up
- Hydro Pump

4. Gliscor
Ability: Sand Veil
Items: Leftovers
Moves:
- Substitute
- Sandstorm
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

5. Eelektross
Ability: Levitate
Items: Power Herb
Moves:
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Bounce
- Drain Punch

6. Skarmory
Ability: Sturdy
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
- Spikes
- Iron Head
- Drill Peck
- Roost

I've improved mostly speed or attack / special attack depending on which one applies more. I'm willing to get rid of all of this team except Chandelure (Signature Pokemon)

Hello there Sir Chandelure and welcome to Smogon! Your RMT needs descriptions for each pokemon describing their role in the team, why you chose their specific EVs / moveset etc. I suggest that you go read the RMT Rules before you post a team otherwise, a mod will come and more than likely lock this thread. It'd also be a good idea to check the RMT Archive to see what is an acceptable format for an RMT.
