I was playing Pokémon Silver whilst sipping on a natty light and caught a shiny Raikou. My bitch was so impressed she gave me dome. #MLIB

Few months back my slam piece walked in while I was playing Battle Tower, I told her to GTFO and bring me a sandwich. When she got back, she wanted to dome me but dome ace wanted to fight... won 3-0. it was chill. #MLIB

Today I was watching Pokémon and realized misty is a total slam piece. it was chill. #MLIB

I remember when my parents finally allowed my two brothers and I to get Pokemon games. I started with Silver while my younger brothers started with Gold and Crystal. Together, we played through the games together, traded together, battled each other to determine our masculine superiority.

11 years later, we still play against each other, no matter where we are, as we have through each generation, from II upwards.

Yes!! The power!!! That's what I thought when I got my first Volt Tackling Raichu.

I hadn't played pokemon at all since 2002. The last day of school freshman year of HS in 2005 one of my friends asked me about Emerald. After a short talk I decided that I would get the game. A year+ later I saw the episode on TV where pikachu learned Volt Tackle. I shit bricks and immediately googled how to get it. After safari hunting for a lightball and some breeding my Pichu, "Heartless" was born.

I remember one night when I mom was on the rocking chair and I was on the sofa under the floor lamp (the only source of light) playing my first pokemon game, Pokemon Yellow. I was surfing south of Fuchsia city on my Lapras when my mom asked me what I was doing. It was the first and only time that my mom has ever been interested in Pokemon. My mom listening intently to me excitedly explaining pokemon is one of my happiest memories; I always get a warm, calm feeling when I remember that moment.

My best pokemon experience is really really easy to pick out. I had gone to do my Eagle Scout board of review, and I was waiting on the decision to see if I got the award. So I played my pokemon Diamond well I waited, as it could take up to a half and hour, and BAM Shiny Pinceo, 31 all relaxed appeared. I caught and then was called up and got my reward. Greatest night ever. (Pinceo is on of my personal favorites too)

G/S was a magical time for me in general. I remember once I was battling my brother when one of us pulled on our Gameboy too hard and pulled the link cable halfway out. Astonishingly, the battle kept going, but it was glitchy as hell, our Pokemon just using their last move over and over. When I switched out, he saw a pink Tangela come out. I did not have a Tangela on my team. To this day I've only found one other person claiming a similar experience.

About a week ago some kids were making fun of a kid named cole in my grade(8th grade) because he plays pokemon I did before but then instantly remembered playing emerald in 2-5 th grade and said i played pokemon before so stop picking on him. they all laughed... on monday i became sick and was lying in bed bored when suddenly i see my old gameboy with a green emerald cartrage in it on my dresser. I remembered cole the week before and started playing. I played for about an hour until I realise that pokemon was awesome! why I asked myself why did i get sucked into peer presure I can play whatever I want i dont care if its not *cool* after playing six hours i drifted to sleep I even found a shiny aron! the next day i tell cole (the kid that everyone makes fun of) about it and he thinks im making fun of him but we get paired up for a spanish prodject and over the next hour i unload all of my pokemon expirience into him and we became friends. I tell my friends to try pokemon and they laugh at first but when they did they loved it! no on makes fun of cole anymore and everyone loves pokemon AGAIN in my small community. it is now a cool hobby and game again! Cole told me about smogon and now im hooked! Can't wait until im ready for my first tournament i can enter on my ds i just bought and pokemon black.

There are many good times to speak of with Pokémon, from my first Elite 4 victory in Blue with only a lvl100 Alakazam/Gengar duo, my first (and only) Shiny (Stantler) in Crystal, it's hard to pick. However, I would have to say my favorite Pokémon moment was my Eevee run. Starting a new game and trading with a friend to get eggs of one of each of the Eeveeloutions with stones for evolving, I used and trained only them through the game and defeated the Elite 4 in Crystal with no faints no healing, just Eevee domination at its best.

When I was 10 y.o. I played my first Pokemon game - Pokemon Red. Eventualy I got Kadabra and trained it 'till lvl 80 beating countless Digletts and Dugtrios in Diglett's Cave before I figured out it evolves by trade. Then I traded with a friend, got overleveled psychic fox with two spoons and roflstomped NPCs with it. Beat that! ;D

My best Pokemon experience is definitely back in the summer of my second grade when I was seven and I spent the summer break at my grandparents' house half-way across the country in Oklahoma. I remember playing Gold Version a lot on their living room couch and it was there that I obtained my first level 100 Pokemon, my starter, Typhlosion. When the break was over, my parents drove to Oklahoma to take me home and my dad and I played Gold and Silver, respectively, in the back seat the entire drive home.

The Battle Frontier! I had the best feeling discovering the new, way more competitive and challenging than the elite four, challenge in Emerald. It's what got me into competitive battling \=D/

Beating the Elite 4 in Yellow as my first game was just an amazing experience, considering I was deathly afraid of losing to them since they seemed like they would be able to tear me to shreds.

My best experience was when I had bought a copy of Pokemon Black/White for my best friend and I at GameStop. I had preordered both of them the previous Christmas, kind of a late Christmas present for the both of us. Darian spent the night the day before BW came out and then that morning I got the call that our copies were in Darian and I were so excited that we ran from my house to our nearest GameStop which was 3 miles away. We were the first ones there and we almost passed out while getting the games. x2

The best moment I ever had in Pokemon is when I defeated the Elite Four in Diamond. I don't remember it much, but I beat it on my first try, my highest-leveled Pokemon was only level 56, and 4 of my team members were weak to Garchomp's Earthquake. The amount of confusion and joy I had was unfathomable.

Then I trained my Pokemon a lot, got better ones, and challenged the Elite 4 again. For some reason it was a lot harder than the first time and NOTHING changed XD

My best experience of pokemon was when I was very little. I got my first gameboy ever when I was 4 years old and a stuart little game, and we were on a plane coming home from a vacation at Christmas time. When we got home, we found out that my gameboy color had been stolen. I was devestated. But my parents surprised me later that week by buying me a copy of Pokemon Yellow and a new Gameboy Color. Ever since I have been playing pokemon and loving it.

My best Pokemon moment wasn't actually part of the game. It was this year when i went to Indianapolis for VGC '12 Nationals. I did my best, i have no regrets. The best part was meeting people I have talked online to for years. My best pokemon memory was when i was battling my friend anthonymex234 in pokemon black/white and i had just begun my road to competitive battling about a week ago, i had been working on my team for a while and hoped it was good. I offered to battle and he accepted and he claimed my team would lose to him because he had more competitive battling experience. We got into our battle and it was finally down to my 1/4 health tyranitar and his full health victini. He said that he was going to win because my stone edge would miss. He v created me with a fire gem boost and my tyranitar took it with 3 hp and landed its final stone edge out of eight and victini survived with 1 hp but fainted to the sandstorm damage.

My best pokemon memory is a nostalgic one, 1999- Red & Blue. When I was young I was never good at much, but I do remember whooping all of the kids in the neighborhood on our Gameboys linked up laying on my trampoline. :D My other 7/8/9 year old friends thought Mewtwo was unstoppable until I pulled out Chansey. :D And here I am, end of 2012 still playing haven't missed a generation. :) Still whooping my friends. lol

My best Pokemon memory is all the long nights where I would stay up and play Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness all night long (it was the first Pokemon game I ever played), eventually falling asleep without even saving and turning everything off. To this day, Eevee and its evolutions are some of my favorite Pokemon because of all the time I spent running around Orre with my Eevee. I'm proud of my Shiny Lugia for the same reason. Gale of Darkness is the most nostalgic Pokemon game for me, and tied for my favorite game with SoulSilver and Platinum.

7 years ago, I was naively SR'ing for a flawless shiny Groudon on my Ruby version to no avail. 6 years later, I stumbled across the seeding mechanic and figured out live battery abuse. I then proceeded to encounter and capture what I sought after 6 years earlier. My internal battery died a week later, but it had done its job, after 8 years of service.

Years ago in the belossom of my youth, my every waking moment of the spring of 2000 was absorbed in the pursuit of exploring the newly adjusted silver-version Kanto region. All of my friends were still trying to find out how to get past snorlax while I was already beating blue. When I climbed that mountain and found Red, it was like finding the holy grail. I was king of the courtyard, if for just one season.

The moment I got my Charizard from Fire Red to level 100 in Pearl isn't too forgettable. It was both my first pokemon, and my first level 100 pokemon.

I also finally found my copy of Pearl a few weeks ago and transferred her to Black. I'm glad to have her again c:

My best pokemon experience is when my cousin let me borrow his Gold version (first time I played the main series) and I got his Quilava to level 36 in which it evolved to Typhlosion; I becamed hooked.
