CAP Badge

Don't think this has been suggested. There is a badge for contributing quality reviews in RMT. I feel a similar badge should be associated with CAP. Users who put forward helpful and intelligent advice towards the furthering of the pokemon smogon create should be recognized. Many of the people who work on art for the pokemon in CAP already have an artist badge. They should also receive the proposed CAP badge, or even, maybe, a specific CAP artist badge to go along with the normal artist badge.

Intelligent posting in CaP is currently covered by the Community Contributor badge, which has been rewarded to users like jas and bugmaniacbob for their work in CaP. The artist badge is rewarded for onsite art, and if a cap artist wants to earn the artist badge they will (or often have) do onsite art as well, for example for the Smog
