There's still one more person left to vote, but it won't make a difference due to one option completely running away with this thing. Here are the instant-runoff results:

This means Option 6 reaches our magic 2/3 + 1 mark! If the last voter chose Options 1, 3, 4 as his first choice, Option 6 would actually just miss reaching a supermajority in Round 2, but it would obtain a 2/3 + 1 supermajority in Round 3 of the instant-runoff voting.

The abilities Sand Veil and Snow Cloak are now banned from OU, and Garchomp will be brought down from Ubers into OU. Zarel will update the ladders as soon as possible to reflect these changes.
