Comparison Spreadsheet for All Successful Movepools

So this is it then. The end of an era. I'm honestly quite upset. But not half as much as I will be if we pick the wrong movepool. So let's make this count.

This poll will be run with IRV voting, the details of which are outlined here. This means that you can vote for as many options as you like, and rank them by your preference. Be aware that order does matter in your votes! Make sure that you bold your votes and nothing else! A typical vote might look like the following:

I'm voting for these 3 because all have Dragon Dance but no Quiver Dance (which is important because I am convinced QD sets will outclass everything else, and also is a 'safe' boost compared to Swords Dance/Dragon Dance/Tail Glow) and a good range of attacking and non-attacking moves.

DarkBlazeR is 1st for having Aqua Tail, Overheat, Psycho Boost, Healing Wish and Taunt (none of which capefeather has). Deck Knight is 3rd because boo for no Tail Glow.

A lack of Quiver Dance is very important, in my opinion. I really enjoy Deck's movepool; it contains some risky moves and seems to fit CAP4 very well. All of the slated movepools are great though. Fantastic work everyone, as usual!

So, the number one thing I based my vote around is the lack of Quiver Dance. I know I have been quite outspoken about this, but I don't think anything would be as big a mistake as giving it QD. Within those without QD, I put myself first because, well, if I did not think I had done everything to make the best movepool possible I would not have submitted it. After that, i went with DarkBlazeR and Deck Knight due to inclusion of moves like Stun Spore and Hydro Pump. Cape's also lacks QD, but without those other two moves, it is lower on my list than the other two submissions. Among those that have QD, I think Nyktos's is the best. It provides the best physical options for Aurumoth, so we would at least get something other than a single set to try out. nyttyn also provides good options, but the lack of substitute puts it lower down in my mind. And Korski is last of the three due to the lack of Swords Dance. I really feel this is a key move, and while I obviously don't like any movepool with QD, I would still like to see options provided on those that have it for alternate sets, and I think SD is necessary for this.

Ordered by how well their VGM inclusions/exclusions matched with what I wanted. I still don't know what the big deal is with Fire/Water moves... also why does my column have Earth Power on it still? :(

All of these have no Quiver Dance. This move will create a very safe option. It buffs it's Sp.Defense, which is it's worse stat, so you can make it bulky as hell. Not only that but it raises Sp.Attack and Speed too... I just don't like this move on a pokemon who's supposed to be "risky", but that is just my opinion! ;)

News flash: SpD isn't Aurumoth's worst stat; it's the Speed.

EDIT: Looks like I need to make a clarification for user Umbreons and anyone else who hasn't been paying attention to the discussions up until this point. Yes SpD is Aurumoth's lowest stat, but Speed is the one holding it back more than anything, which is what I thought I made perfectly clear. In the case against Quiver Dance, I've seen a bunch of arguments about Risk, but none about Reward. So, who's really wandering away from the concept?
