I'm not going to lie, these usage stats honestly surprised me. Mienfoo sits on his rightful throne at the top of the teir as always, but Abra took the 2nd place slot. With the advent of Double Rush and people generally understanding how abusively good drilbur is I honestly expected him or even hippopotas to take that spot. Any ideas as to why?
elsewise, in usage, nothing else is really surprising. I'd like some info as to how the "team type" statistic is generated before i say anything on that. Also that moveset thing is so absurdly detailed, good work aerrow. |

If we had L337 stats Mienfoo would probably be as high or higher than 50% :x
Abra always surprises me, I mean it's really not that good. So many monsters sitting at around 3% usage, what is this??? Why are Meowth, Taillow and Aipom (seriously stop using them T_T) higher than Tirtouga, Dratini, and Riolu?

As i said in the other thread why the hell is Abra that high? I mean it is good but not that good in the viablility rankings it is only a B. Maybe people are using it because its cute? Lol. My favourite Tirtouga <3 as well as Riolu and Foongus are sitting unuasaly low at 44, 42, 52. They are all really good and i was suprised to see their usage so low.

I think the reason of so many... "crappy" pokemon (so to speak~) being high in usage is because there are a lot of new players in the tier. Seriously, the next time I see an Aipom with leftovers I'll cry. I think the stats reflect just how vast and diverse is the meta at the moment. One can't really tell who is going to be at the top (except for Mienfoo who's just a bitchy king). Also, is there anyway to implement move legality in PS? Shadow Punch Golett almost raped me once. It's annoying ._. |

Despite how easy to build Sand teams appear to be (Hippopotas + Drilbur + Sandshrew), it is surprisingly difficult to find the correct Pokemon for the three supporting roles. Many sand teams are simply too weak to Ice- and Water-type moves to work properly. Snover is obviously a huge threat, and even rarer stuff like Bronzor and Magnet Rise Magnemite must be accounted for. Houndour is a popular pick on top Sand teams for this reason, as it can take a Blizzard and trap Snover with Pursuit. Other Pokemon, such as Lileep and Mienfoo, have similar supporting roles. However, it is still very difficult to account for weaknesses when three of your Pokemon have the exact same type. Sand teams actually require a lot of skill to use effectively, and even the best teams have a rough time against hard counters such as Choice Scarf Porygon or Bronzor.

honestly i dont see why mienfoo still stays on top of everything. its somewhat bulky but the biggest threats of the meta (drilbur, sandshrew, murkrow, missy, and scraggy) completely shit on it. regen is nice but honestly whenever i use it, it seems like it tries to be too bulky and doesnt hit hard enough.
sand teams are really gay, but what iss said is true about them. the last three mons are really important and normally you cant get them just right to cover all your weaknesses. i dont agree with the idea of houndour because honestly he can take one blizzard, cant ohko with sucker punch, and cant really trap snover unless its already weakened by more than just sr. something will die from snover and houndour probably wont be taking more than one blizzard. also id much rather just be spamming fire blast on houndour but thats just my play style lol |

Code:
| 20 | Aipom | 1592 | 8.160% | 1412 | 8.766% | Also, not very surprising that Axew is rising in usage like the baddest mofo ever. Give a dragon Superpower and suddenly everyone wants it.

I know it's been mentioned before but seriously, Tirtouga, Foongus and Dratini all below 4%, what is this? I would mention Riolu but no doubt it's November usage will be massive.
Why Gastly is so high when Misdreavus is in the tier? The moveset stats are quite interesting. Why are 59% of Scraggys running Ice Punch? Chinchou has 49% Ice Beam usage which is actually really annoying as it does around 40-50% to Lileep without sand meaning it can 2HKO the switch in with hazards. |

Honestly I'm very shocked on how high Abra is. Abra's amazing and all but #2? Didn't see that one coming. Drifloon only #23.... Give him more love. And yeah guys, calm with the Aipom and Mewoth shit they're horrible.

More Drifloon love is something I could get behind. Flight Gem+Acrobatics nukes almost everything, and double speed Dbond trolls lots of would-be counters. It also spinblocks that Mold Breaker Drillbur set, which is nice.

A lot of underused BIG THREATS timburr not even in the top 25? Dratini and Tirtouga all under 4% ?wow LC players need to relise Mienfoo is not all that great missy should be #5 though since its good, but not that good.I wish people would stop using the commen things and use things like timburr, drifloon, dratini, axew etc. Wich actualy are good enough to earn those spots ,mienfoos not that good in a drifloon and missy meta.

I'm surprised about how only 16% of teams used sand. It seems a lot more based on my experiences.
