Voice should be 1900+ any glicko, or independent of ranking at all.

As an actual competitive pokemon player, it angers me that one of the ways to get voiced on ps is a 1900+ randombat glicko, but there is no way to be voiced due to ranking in a real, skill based metagame. Not to insult randombat, but from what I've seen from accidentally forgetting to change what tier to fight in, it is almost entirely based on what pokemon you get to use. I propose either a 1900+ glicko2 in any metagame for voice, or no solely-ranking dependent voicing system at all.
