The finals are here!! Will Princess Bri be our first Two-time Winner of the OU Mini-Tour? Or will the dashing Valentine snatch the tiara from under Bri's womanly nose? Is Deoxys-N any good or are Pocket's cries of "FREE DEOXYS" warranted? All will be decided as these two SPL newcomers duke it out in the finals of the third OFFICIAL OU MINI-TOUR!!!
