Don't forget that Lir loses 12 HP to Spikes :P
Also, what is the round STAB bonus and is it ok if Lir takes the Exp. Share? (I meant to give it to him upon entry but forgot, and seeing how it literally has no effect on the actual battle...)

Yes, it is ok and the STAB is Fire Since it is SE (Then again, the new move is Fire Punch and Lir's attack sucks) and this is a 2 Sub Battle, Entei gets to re-order/change sub, if he wants. And yes, Lir can get an Exp.Share.

Matezoide, I believe that Overgrow applies the bonus to the final BAP of combos, not the original. As such, the combo should have done (34.5+3+4.5-4.5)1.5-3.5=51.25 Damage.
Reason being all other BAP increases are added to the final BAP. Also, Synthesis should restore 25 HP and I believe that you did some damage calcs wrong- here's mine: Synthesis: 37+25=62. Treecko protects against Shadow Ball Ice Beam: (10+6-3=13)1.5=19.5 Damage. 62-20 (19.5>20)=42.

2) the DAT says it heals 20 HP on normal weather 3) The calc is wrong, Lir has 3.....ops, it has 4 Sp.Attack. And 3 Sp.Def!

Entei, Lir's still in. He just has a few HP so Matezoide didn't add them up... I believe it's 6. (14*2.25+2+3+4.5-4.5)1.5-3.5=51.25, and he had 57.
Either way, I don't mind if you reorder.
