I can't remember exactly (nor find the lines on bulbapedia) but beauty December in B2/W2 is interesting!
"I wander if other people will look up and think we're a couple?"
"Stay still... like that... just like that.."
"Don't look down! Look right at me... right here."

The first line is definitely right, the others might be a little different, but hopefully you realize these are of a sexual nature! Especially number 2...

Everything BW2's Plasma Grunts say is gold

They are just straight up jerks and they do. not. care.
Calling Hugh's hair a Qwilfish, I think they made fun of Marlon, that one girl who spoke in faux-medieval, the one who brags about beating up on his Trubbish and so on.

Shadow Triad's "Whatever :|" attitude is also great

There was a part in BW2, the Plasma Frigate, where you walk down and enter a door, as soon as the screen shift to the other room an inescapable Plasma grunt sees you from the left, walks up to you, and declares:

"Knave!
I do ambush thee!"

Then, from the right, a female grunt comes along and says something along the lines of "haha you've been ambushed!"

She's such a bitch XD

Not sure if this counts as a line, but the sign next to Marvelous Bridge on Route 16 reads "Marvelous Bridge: Truly marvelous! And also a bridge!"

I quite like one of the Plasma Grunts from bw2. "What makes a strong trainer? Someone who bullies their Pokemon to get better no matter how hard it is?"

It really got me thinking.

I also remember a scientist in Silph CO from FireRed who said he wanted to, 'Hammer my Pokemon's weak points,' and when I beat him he said, 'You nailed me'. O_o
