Putting battles on youtube.

Quick question, sorry if it's in the wrong place but I hope I can get a good answer here, or at least be directed to where I can fetch an adequate answer.

Any advice on how to make it look like it does on that channel? Is it as simple as screen-capturing just an area?

Also in regards to the replays from PS, is there ANY way to reverse it so you are up front when you replay it? It's always weird showing someone a game and having you be the 'other player/opponent.'

Has there every been any scripts/programs/actions to capture pokemon battles for youtube easily from simulators?

Or who would be the best people to contact?!
